The #ItStartsWithMe Campaign officially launched on the 15th of October 2015 (Global Handwashing Day) as an interactive, online handwashing challenge using social media.
DRASA and our celebrity ambassadors encouraged the public to wash their hands, post pictures of their soapy hands on social media, and challenge others to participate (similar to the ALS ice bucket challenge).
If you would still like to add your photo to our gallery of soapy/clean hands:
- Step 1: Have a friend take a video and/or picture of you washing your hands
- Step 2: Post it on your Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram pages using the hashtag #ItStartsWithMe and tag DRASA so we can see it, add it to our gallery, and share:
