2020 Annual Report

The COVID-19 pandemic challenged us in immeasurable ways, transforming how we live, work and move. It also tested health systems around the world, exposing gaps and opportunities to improve.

In January 2020, before the virus was even detected in Nigeria, we were working to prepare, equip and train for what we knew was an inevitable public health emergency.

Our goal throughout the rest of 2020 was to respond to the emerging pandemic but also to build resilience: strengthening our existing health system and engaging communities to take charge of their health.
